Young Marines march down Kalakaua Avenue in Honolulu during the annual Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade, Dec. 7, 2013. The banners gave recognition to the 12 ships attacked in Pearl Harbor on the infamous day 72 years ago. A total of 67 Young Marines from seven states gathered in Hawaii to commemorate the 72nd anniversary of the attacks on Pearl Harbor. Along with the march in the annual Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade, the Young Marines participated in a beach clean-up at Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay and performed a wreath laying ceremony at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific in Honolulu, honoring the fallen service members who gave the ultimate sacrifice.
