Engineman 2nd Class Cherrilyn Alonzo steps into a rigid-hull inflatable boat from the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Stout (DDG 55) in preparation for a personnel transfer with the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Leroy Grumman (T-AO 195).
