Jeff LeBlanc, a retired master gunnery sergeant and president of Down-East Cyclists, takes a break at the Henderson Recreational Area Trail aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. LeBlanc uses the winter months to make improvements and expansion to the bike trail. He began the building process in 2010 and hopes service members and their families will utilize the trail for biking, running and walking.
