During a Caribbean patrol, crew members aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Valiant came to the aid of the crew aboard a 60-foot ferry Dec. 23, 2013. The Valiant towed the ferry about 150 miles to Montego Bay, Jamaica, where a Jamaican Defense Force patrol vessel took over. (U.S. Coast Guard photo)
