Spc. Kenneth San Martin, a native of Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, and a member of the 892nd Multi Role Bridge Company, 190th Engineer Battalion, Puerto Rico Army National Guard, operates a D7G medium bulldozer enroute to Mosquito Bay, Vieques, Puerto Rico, Jan. 20. Engineers of the 130th and 190th engineer battalions will be performing cleaning works for the next 15 days to the areas surrounding the world's most luminous bioluminescent bay, Mosquito Bay, to help improve the quality of life of the citizens of Vieques that will also help them in maintaining the habitat of this natural resource.
