The Adjutant General of Puerto Rico, Brig. Gen. Juan J. Medina Lamela, address the residents of Vieques, Puerto Rico, during the press conference announcing the works to be performed by the PRARNG at Mosquito Bay. Engineers of the 130th and 190th engineer battalions will be conducting cleaning works for the next 15 days to the areas surrounding the world's most luminous bioluminescent bay, Mosquito Bay, to help improve the quality of life of the citizens of Vieques that will also help them in maintaining the habitat of this natural resource there.
