Spc. Angeles Dacaney, a radio operator and maintainer from the Guam Army National Guard's 105th Troop Command, provides a rough, line of site direction at his retransmission site, set up atop Mount Santa Rosa, Sept. 14, 2008, to receive communications from Navy exercise elements in the northwest and southern parts of Guam. Guam's communications Soldiers are providing real world support for Navy exercise Tri-Crab while also participating in the National Guard Bureau's homeland security exercise Vigilant Guard.
