Coast Guard Capt. Thomas Nelson was laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery, in Arlington, Va., April 17, 2009. Nelson was killed with three other crewmembers when his HH-65 Dolphin Helicopter crashed five miles off of the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Sept. 4, 2008.
