Forty-one Ronald Reagan Sailors received their anchors during the ceremony, held Sept. 16, 2008, on the flight deck. Ronald Reagan is currently deployed to the 5th Fleet/NAVCENT area of responsibility. Operations in the NAVCENT area of operations are focused on reassuring regional partners of the United States' commitment to security, which promotes stability and global prosperity.
