Haji Kamran Qasim Karzai, cultural adviser and instructor, conducts Afghan cultural training at the Naval Construction Battalion Center Gulfport for members of Naval Mobile construction Battalion 25 (NMCB-25). The training explained a number of social, economic, and historical aspects about Afghanistan and what service members can expect while deployed there.
