Combined Task Force Duke awarded the Army Civilian Award for Public Service, Unit Certificate of Achievement and a CTF Duke ball cap to Mike Harte from Spirit of America, who has resourced more than $20,000 worth of local supplies and materials in support of CTF Duke to provide humanitarian, civic and economic assistance to local citizens and government officials of Zabul province, Afghanistan.
