Kannapan is the deputy governor of Phitsanulok province, and Wongwat is a group captain for the Royal Thai Air Force. Clardy is the commanding general of the 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force, and Hong is the director of joint operations for the Republic of Singapore Armed Forces.
