Staff Sgt. Joseph Llave, a human resource specialist with the Northeast Medical Area Readiness Support Group from Staten Island, N.Y., is competing in the Army Reserve Medical Command’s prestigious "Best Warrior Competition” in Helena, Mont., Feb. 24 – 27, 2013. Llave, 38, a Bayonne resident, is motivated to take on the challenge of the cold mountainous terrain and looks forward to compete against his fellow soldiers, said Llave.
Currently, he works as a postal clerk at the U. S Post Office in West New York, N.J. Llave graduated from Kaplan University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., where he earned his Business Administration degree.
