Cpl. Luis Y. Rosado, an operating room specialist with the 4220th U.S. Army Hospital, Shoreham, N.Y., is competing in the Army Reserve Medical Command’s prestigious Best Warrior Competition in Helena, Mont., Feb. 24–27, 2014. Rosado, a Queens native, said his goal is the be a New York City police officer and continue to advance in the Army Reserve. Rosado, 22, is representing Northeast Medical Area Readiness Support Group, based at New York Harbor’s historic Fort Wadsworth.
