Participants brave the cold during the Running of the Reindeer in downtown Anchorage, March 1, 2014. The Running of the Reindeer started seven years ago and is an internationally acclaimed event to raise funds for the “Toys for Tots” charity. People running in strange and unusual costumes mysteriously evolved into the tradition it has become today.
