Scott Stapp, former singer of the band Creed, signs an autograph for Lt. Ronald Flanders in the hangar bay of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan. Scott and his band are on a concert tour sponsored by Navy Entertainment for military members deployed overseas. Ronald Reagan is currently deployed to the 5th Fleet/NAVCENT area of responsibility. Operations in the NAVCENT area of operations are focused on reassuring regional partners of the United States' commitment to security, which promotes stability and global prosperity.
