U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. David C. Wallis, commanding officer, Infantry Training Battalion (ITB), School of Infantry-East, delivers a message to the students of Delta Company and the attending audience during their graduation ceremony from infantry training aboard Camp Geiger, N.C., Feb. 27, 2014.
