Sgt. Maj. Larock W. Benford, the 47-year-old I Marine Expeditionary Force Ground Combat Element sergeant major, drops Master Sgt. Vincent R. Cruz, I MEF Headquarters Group logistics chief, to the pads. Benford was one of many guest instructors to teach the recent I MHG Marine Corps Martial Arts Program martial arts instructor course aboard Camp Fallujah. This course made MCMAP history by hosting 95 graduates.
