Vice Adm. Jan E. Tighe smiles as she assumes command of U.S. Fleet Cyber Command/U.S. TENTH Fleet (FCC/C10F) during a ceremony conducted at fleet headquarters. Tighe relieved Adm. Michael S. Roger who takes the reigns as commander, U.S. Cyber Command and director, National Security Agency/chief, Central Security Service. With this appointment, Tighe becomes the third commander of FCC/C10F and the first female commander of a numbered fleet in U.S. Navy history.
