Members of the Oregon Army National Guard and distinguished guests involved in upgrading the Milton-Freewater Readiness Center cut a ribbon symbolizing the re-dedication of the facility, April 5, in Milton-Freewater, Ore. Mayor Lewis Key (center) and Maj. Gen. Daniel R. Hokanson, adjutant general, Oregon, were in attendance for the celebration.
