Navy diver Petty Officer 2nd Class Jeremiah Ruddell, from Keyport, Wash., harnesses an electronic counter-measure anti-torpedo for retrieval and return to Yard Tender Torpedo 10. YTT 10 has been conducting various torpedo firing and recovery exercises with the amphibious dock landing ship USS Rushmore at the Nanoose firing range.
