U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Stuart McCollum, Landing Signal Enlisted on board the guided-missile cruiser USS Leyte Gulf (CG 55), lands a British Royal Navy SH-3 Sea King helicopter from HMS Illustrious during flight operations Monday. Leyte Gulf is underway to participate in Joint Warrior 14-1, a semi-annual, United Kingdom-led training exercise designed to provide NATO and allied forces a unique multi-warfare environment in which to prepare for global operations.
