Heath Herring, a professional fighter from Amarillo, Texas, with the Ultimate Fighting Championship, shows hospitalman Andrew Chase, a 22-year-old corpsman from Eugene, Ore., with Regimental Combat Team 1, the proper way to fight and defend while in the clinch at an MMA clinic on Camp Ramadi, Iraq, Oct. 19, 2008. Herring, Jorge Rivera and Joe Lauzon, all fighters in the UFC, are touring Iraq and hosting clinics for service members to come out and learn a few mixed martial arts moves from some of the pros. The fighters taught grappling techniques, stand-up fighting, and fighting in the clinch.
