BAGDHDAD -- Spc. Alberto Cruz, a medic from Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 4th Battalion, 64th Armor Regiment tends to some of the minor injuries after two car bombs exploded near a residential area in the Karradah district Nov. 18. The seriously injured people were evacuated by Iraqi ambulances to local hospitals.
