During the 38th Infantry Division change of command ceremony, Oct. 19, 2008, in Indianapolis, Maj. Gen. Tod Carmony, the new commander of the 38th, swears his allegiance to the division. Command was relinquished from Maj. Gen. Richard Moorhead to Carmony during the ceremony.
