Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4, Detachment Addis, attend the opening ceremony of the Abadir Primary School. NMCB-4 took part in refurbishing the school's interior, exterior, latrine facility and the electrical system. NMCB-4 is on a six-month deployment supporting Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa and completing missions in various countries in Eastern Africa.
