Culinary Specialist 1st Class Edward Ledbetter, of Naval Air Facility (NAF) Atsugi's Far East Cafe, adds rice to each participant's ingredient tray during NAF Atsugi's Top Little Chef Sushi Challenge. The event consisted of nine children from Shirley Lanham Elementary School and was part of the Month of the Military Child celebration. Participants were judged on their presentation, use of ingredients and final taste, with the grand prize winner receiving a Far East Cafe short sleeved chef's coat.
