Senior Airman Jorgette Chuang grinds a cast on a model trimmer to smooth all the sides of the cast at Scott Air Force Base, Ill., Feb. 19, 2014. This makes it easy to hold and work with and makes it more aesthetically pleasing. The model trimmer is a rotating wheel with abrasive surface that shaves off excess stone from the cast.
