U.S. Navy Aviation Electronics Technician 2nd Class Anthony West prepares an SH-60B Sea Hawk helicopter for flight operations onboard the guided missile destroyer USS James E. Williams (DDG 95) in the Atlantic Ocean Feb. 18, 2014. West was part of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light Six Zero (HSL-60), a Navy Reserve squadron that operated from the USS James E. Williams in support of the ship's mission. The James E. Williams was participating in routine certification events off the coast of North Carolina in preparation for deployment later in the year.
