U.S. Army Col. Matt Russell, Commander for the 18th Engineer Brigade, is taking a tour of the new Dibis Power Plant in Kirkuk, Iraq, Nov. 3. The plant is adding two 160 mega watt generators. All units run on sweet gas. The project manager for the new Dibis generator company is, Mr. Salih Taha Al-Bedrani.
