"We as American Soldiers are the most respected institution in America," said Maj. Gen. Alan D. Bell, the Deputy Commanding General of the U.S. Army Reserve Command, to troops of the 311th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) – headquartered in Los Angeles – in Kuwait Nov. 18. Among other topics, he discussed the transformation and operational structure of the reserves as a whole. Before opening the floor to questions Bell encouraged leaders to continue to talk to junior Soldiers about staying morally and physically strong.
