Fellow officer candidates assist Louisiana Army National Guardsman Hallie C. Godchaux of Lafayette, La., in her completion of one of 15 obstacles on the course at Camp Beauregard in Pineville, La. Godchaux and her classmates are currently in the ninth month of the 18-month Officer Candidate School program under the 199th Leadership Regiment at Camp Cook in Ball, La. The obstacle course is designed to teach Soldiers the value of teamwork, mental ingenuity and the ability to overcome physical challenges to complete the course's 15 obstacles. Godchaux is a member of the 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team in Lafayette, La.
