Army 1st Lt. Bridget A. Flannery, intelligence officer with the South Dakota Army National Guard’s 152nd Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, was awarded the Col. Carl F. Eifler Award during a ceremony attended by her husband, Sgt. 1st Class Randy Tollefson, left, and Lt. Col. Joe Jacobson, SDARNG 109th Regional Support Group administrative officer, in McLean, Va., May 18, 2014. Flannery received the award for her leadership and dedication to operations as the 152nd CSSB intelligence officer while deployed to Afghanistan. The award ceremony was conducted by the National Military Intelligence Association and the National Military Intelligence Foundation.
