Lance corporal Robert Debevoise (left) and Sgt. Derrik Trace meticulously place French and American flags in front of each grave marker in the Belleau Wood cemetery. Each year around this time Marines from this headquarters make the five-hour drive to France within 50 miles of Paris to support the annual Belleau Wood Ceremony. This year participation included placing flags in front of each grave stone, crowd control, wreath bearers and photography of the events.
