Brad Heim (right) hold plaques they received this week during a third anniversary celebration of the Guard Recruiting Assistance Program, or G-RAP. Lt. Gen. Clyde A. Vaughn (center), director of the Army National Guard, presented the plaques to the five pilot states that began the program: North Dakota, Iowa, West Virginia, Kentucky and Missouri. Top recruiting assistants in each of those states, including Stephan, also were recognized for their efforts in helping the program succeed.
