Jennifer Marrast-Host, Army chief medical officer, Capt. Richard McAroy, mission assistant officer in charge, Dr. Dileep Bal, district health officer for the island of Kaua’I, and Col. Susan Fitzgerald, mission officer in charge. The mission will allow Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps and Hawaii National Guard members to work in a joint-services environment and provide basic health care and glasses at no cost to the community on Kaua’I, Hawaii.
