Hungarian Maj. Bernadett Polgar, chief investigator for the Multinational Force and Observers, smiles with relief just moments after Maj. Angela Diebal, physical therapist assigned to 1st Support Battalion, Task Force Sinai, Multinational Force and Observers performs therapeutic dry-needle therapy June 17, 2014, during a routine appointment on North Camp, Sinai, Egypt. Dry needling also known as Intramuscular manual therapy is just one of the many techniques Diebal uses to ensure a fast recovery for Soldiers stationed in the Sinai. The technique is often feared among MFO Soldiers because of the needles but Diebal's recent successes have made it a popular choice for treatment. (U.S. Army Photo By: Sgt.
