IA soldier Karar Ali, also a native of Baghdad, says, "He learned many things today such as loading frequencies, and also how to store the information inside the radios." Warrant Officer Bashar, from Baquaba, Iraq, says "I can hear soldiers clearly on the other side of the radio, and it makes me feel safe knowing I can hear them, and they can hear me."
