U.S. Army 1st Sgt. Eric Ghring of D Company, 2nd Battalion, 12th Cavalry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division gathers up his troops after the grand opening of a new power plant in As Samawah, Iraq. This 60 megawatt power plant was sponsored by the Japanese Provincial Reconstruction Team of Muthanna province and will provide much needed electricity to southern Iraq.
