The national anthem plays during a ceremony held here on June 28 at which a memorial commemorating the men and women of the New York Army National Guard's 42nd Infantry Division who mobilized for duty in Iraq at Fort Drum in 2004 was dedicated. The memorial was provided by the Rainbow Division Veterans Foundation, which has also erected memorials to the division's Soldiers who fought in World War I and World War II.
