Retired Maj. Gen. Joseph Taluto, the commander of the 42nd Infantry Division in Iraq in 2005 and former adjutant general of New York, and Maj. Gen. Harry Miller, the current commander of the 42nd Infantry Division, unveil a monument marking the division's serving in Iraq in 2005 and its mobilization at Fort Drum in 2004. The division mobilized in May of 2004 for service in Iraq. Taluto currently serves as the head of the Rainbow Division Veterans Foundation, and organization which marks the service of 42nd Infantry Division Soldiers during World War I and II and now in Iraq.
