Past commanders of the New York Army National Guard's 42nd Infantry Division and the current commander, Major General Harry Miller (in uniform) gathered on June 28 to help dedicate a memorial to the men and women of the division who mobilized for service in Iraq at Fort Drum in May 2004. They are (from left) retired Maj. Gen. Josesph Taluto, the commander of the division in 2004 and in Iraq in 2005 and former adjutant general of New York; retired Maj. Gen. Tom Kinley; retired Brig. Gen. Paul Genereux, the deputy division commander for manuever in Iraq; and retired Maj. Gen. Steven Wickstrom.
