The staff at the Seth Michaud Expeditionary Medical Facility and the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa Surgeon’s office at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, resuscitated and performed surgery on a patient critically injured in a vehicle roll-over June 8, 2014.
