Dileita Mohamed Dileita (left), the prime minister of Djibouti, and U.S. ambassador to Djibouti James Swan, cut the ribbon during the Obock Pier Dedication in Djibouti, Jan. 14. The Obock Pier was a $14 million project sponsored by the U. S. government and is one example how Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa and the U.S. government focuses on helping Africans provide for their own stability and security.
