Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, Adm. Jonathan W. Greenert, meets with Sailors on the flight deck after being welcomed aboard the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt by "rainbow" sideboys. Greenert visited Theodore Roosevelt to receive a brief on the ship?s deployment and meet her deployed Sailors. Theodore Roosevelt and embarked Carrier Air Wing 8 are on deployment in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility and are focused on reassuring regional partners of the United States' commitment to security, which promotes stability and global prosperity.
