Adrian Quinones, an aviation ordnance technician with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 363, fires an M9 Berretta pistol at a human-shaped silhouette at the 7-yard firing line at Carlos Hathcock Range Complex aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., July 29.
