An Iraqi soldier at the NCO Academy low crawls under barbed wired at a training course on the Q-West Base Complex on Jan. 31. His Iraqi instructor crawls alongside him to give him advice and encouragement. U.S. Soldiers from the 172nd Stryker Brigade have been working hard as instructors at the academy to develop a strong NCO corps in the new Iraqi army.
