CAMP LIBERTY, Iraq - Gen. Richard A. Cody, Vice Chief of Staff, U.S. Army, awards Sgt. Jeremy McDonald the Bronze Star Medal for Valor during a ceremony Monday at the Ironhorse Conference Center. McDonald, who is assigned to Company C, 2nd Battalion, 502nd Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division, was presented the award for his heroic actions in combat Jan. 15.
