MUSLAKHA, Iraq - The Al Fatah bridge was damaged during Operation Iraqi Freedom I and rebuilt. It was then damaged again by anti-Iraq forces last year using an improvised explosive device. The bridge's structure secures an oil pipeline that runs from an oil pumping station to an oil refinery.
