Homeland Security Deputy Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas talks with Capt. Jonathan Spaner, the commanding officer of Coast Guard Sector San Diego and Cmdr. Jeffrey Janszen, the Sector’s deputy commander, after landing at the sector in an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter, Sept. 19, 2014.
